Round grey Valchromat MDF

Round grey Valchromat MDF board cut to your measurements.

MDF Valchromat is a moisture-resistant and beautifully coloured MDF with a higher density/weight than standard MDF. The board is approximately 30% stronger and more dimensionally stable than standard MDF of the same thickness. MDF Valchromat can be customised with standard woodworking tools.

MDF Valchromat is available in a wide range of colours. During production, the wood fibres are coloured before the board is pressed together, which gives a uniform appearance. However, due to size differences, the wood fibres will vary in colour and structure, so each panel is unique and differences in shade are to be expected.

The board is moisture-resistant and with the right surface treatment, MDF Valchromat can achieve good moisture-resistant properties. This can be oil, wax or lacquer, for example. The boards are for indoor use.

Available in several thicknesses.

We are using sandpaper to fine-tune the edges of the wooden board. It´s possible to round of the edge of the wooden board with sandpaper, if you wish.

Tolerances on thickness are +/-0.3 mm - and length/width is +/-5 mm."
